Ever Since, Ryan and I tried Butterbeer at Universal Studios' The Wizardly World of Harry Potter I was hooked!!  I've been trying to recreate the recipe for along time and have dumped many batches!!  Like Edison's quote about inventing the light bulb,"I didn't fail, I found 2,000 ways how not to make ButterBeer; I only needed to find one way to make it work." haha If you search you will find there are literally hundreds of recipes for Butterbeer on Pinterest, but finally after throwing out a thousand batches I came up with one that is fast and easy, and doesnt’ require any time at the stove!

Butterbeer Recipe:
2 liter cream soda
2 tablespoons Butter extract
1-2 teaspoons rum extract to taste
*drop the extracts into the 2 liter bottle, put on cap and slowly rotate until mixed.
Cream topping:
1 7oz container of marshmallow creme
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon rum extract
*add all items together in an electric mixer and combine until smooth.
Pour the butterbeer into a glass,  drizzle with the cream topping, and enjoy!
